Our products are made to order through our trusted production partners. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
The following are estimated shipping transit times after your order has been processed and shipped:
• United States: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
• Australia: 3–6 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and products ordered. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to change the address.
We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
