Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your destination during checkout.


Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately.


Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size guide on the product page.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


Are your shirts true to size?

Yes. Most of our apparel is designed to fit true to size. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.


What materials are your products made from?

Material details vary by product and can be found on each product page.

We carefully select comfortable, durable, and high-quality apparel designed for everyday wear.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Since all products are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Change of mind

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we may be able to update your address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available during checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location.


Is my payment information secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment providers. Urban Zen Culture does not store your payment information.


Customs & Import Taxes

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
